Built in 2026, our modern sauna boat is perfect for corporate events, team-building days, meetings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, and relaxing evenings with friends and family. The boat features a spacious Finnish sauna, comfortable indoor lounge, large sun deck, meeting facilities, and optional catering. We accommodate up to 12 guests on cruises and up to 30 guests while docked. Departing from Santalahti Harbour, you’ll enjoy the stunning scenery of Lake Näsijärvi in complete privacy. Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

Your booking is confirmed once the reservation has been made through our website or by phone and payment has been received.

The full rental fee is payable upon booking via an invoice with a 14-day payment term, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the booking is made less than 14 days before the reservation date, the full payment must be received before the rental begins.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are binding.

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the reservation: The full payment will be refunded, minus a €50 administration fee.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the reservation: No refund will be issued.
• If the customer fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the full booking fee will be charged.
• Bookings may only be rescheduled by separate agreement and subject to availability.

Weather Conditions

Rain, wind, or cool weather do not qualify for a free cancellation.

If wind speeds exceed 6 m/s, the sauna boat will remain safely docked instead of cruising. This does not entitle the customer to compensation or a refund from Näsijärven Saunalautta Oy.

Customer Responsibility

• The person making the booking must be at least 20 years old.
• The booking holder is responsible for the conduct of all members of their group and for ensuring that all safety instructions are followed.
• The customer is liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

Safety

• All guests must follow the instructions given by the crew and captain.
• For safety reasons, the captain has the right to interrupt the cruise or deny boarding to anyone whose behaviour endangers safety or disturbs other guests. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Näsijärven Saunalautta Oy is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Right to Make Changes

Näsijärven Saunalautta Oy reserves the right to change prices, service content, and booking terms prior to confirming a reservation.

House Rules

Please read the following rules before your visit.

Safety

• Always follow the instructions of our staff.
• Life jackets are available and are strongly recommended for children and anyone with limited swimming ability.
• Walk carefully on the dock, stairs, and deck, as surfaces may be wet and slippery.
• Open fires, personal barbecues, and real candles are strictly prohibited.
• In the event of an emergency, notify our staff immediately or call the Finnish emergency number 112.

Please Help Keep the Boat Clean

• Use the waste bins and sort rubbish where possible.
• Report any damage or breakages to our staff immediately.
• Please remove your shoes before entering the indoor areas.
• The person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused during the rental. Näsijärven Saunalautta Oy is not liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by a guest’s own actions.

Sauna & Swimming

• Please use a sauna seat cover while in the sauna.
• Rinse away any spilled drinks or debris from the benches and floor.
• Jumping into the water from the deck is prohibited.
• Swimming is entirely at your own risk.
• Help us protect the beautiful nature of Lake Näsijärvi by ensuring that nothing is thrown into the water.

Respect Others

• Please behave respectfully towards other guests and the surrounding environment.
• Feel free to enjoy your own music, but please keep the volume at a reasonable level.

Before You Leave

✔ Place all rubbish in the bins.
✔ Take all personal belongings with you and check that nothing has been left behind.
✔ Lock all doors before leaving.
